Armenia's Real Estate Market in the First Half of 2026: Sales Transactions Increased by 25.5% Compared to 2025
06.10.2026

In the first half of 2026, Armenia’s real estate market recorded a significant increase in property sales transactions. During this period, a total of 33,673 real estate sales transactions were completed across the country. For comparison, 26,830 sales transactions were registered in the first half of 2025. This means that the number of transactions increased by 6,843, or approximately 25.5% year over year. These figures indicate that activity in Armenia’s real estate market increased significantly in the first half of 2026 compared with the same period of the previous year. At the same time, it is important to note that an increase in the number of transactions does not necessarily mean that real estate prices rose at the same rate. A comprehensive assessment of the market also requires a separate review of apartment and other property sale prices, the geographic distribution of transactions between Yerevan and the regions, property types, and trends in both the primary and secondary real estate markets.
