On October 14, 2015, National workshop/seminar was organized by the efforts of "Factum" Consulting Law Firm and “Home Life Vision Realty Inc”. The main topic for discussion was “Standards of Western Real Estate Markets and perspectives of its implementation in the Republic of Armenia”.
12 leading Real Estate Brokerages of Armenia were attended the workshop/seminar.
The seminar was led by Founding Director of "Factum" Consulting Law Firm Mr. Hakob Gharakhanyan and President and Broker of Record of “Home Life Vision Realty Inc” Mr. Ken Kakoullis.
Participants discussed the current major problems in Real Estate Market of Armenia, the ways of implementation Western Standards and prospects for attracting huge investments for Republic of Armenia as well as other related issues.
