Rates

When buying, selling or renting real estate through an agency, the following tariffs apply.

In case of purchase and sale, the commission is 2% of the final cost, including free legal advice.

In case of rent, the commission from the rent for the first month:

• Minimum 3 months -30%
• 4 months-40%
• 5 months or more -50%

And in the case of purchase and sale and lease, customers pay at the end of the transaction.
